While Eutimia is a tenured, effective, and licensed practitioner of the healing arts and sciences, all healing is done in partnership.   All patients are expected be active participants in the healing process.  Each treatment will be different, and the modalities used will depend on the patient's priority for healing, as determined at the time of treatment. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is actually only a small contingent of the 3000+ year old lineage of the indigenous medicine of China. The full spectrum of Chinese Medicine includes in depth diagnostics and prognoses, as well as full preventative and curative treatments for all patterns contributing to any illness. During acupuncture, thin needles are placed at specific points on the body to activate the flow of blood and oxygen, contributing to optimal health!

Body Work

Touch medicine is a highly underused and under-rated form of healing. Muse Medicina uses the hands-on-healing of many modalities to contribute to the comfort and well-being of patients' entire vessels, including organs, muscles, endocrines and tissues of the entire body! Modalities include Shiatsu, Tui Na, Reiki, Meridian Coursing, as well as intuitive touch.

Spirit Work

All illness is first spiritual - one cannot separate any of Eutimia's work from the spiritual realm. Most treatments will involve spiritual components, which shall be explained as they arise.

Herbal medicine

The healing properties of plants, minerals and animals are ubiquitous across all human cultures and times.  Eutimia employs her education of Chinese medical herbology as well as her knowledge of western herbs from her curanderismo training and childhood upbringing. Her medical intuition allows her to offer individually effective prescriptions for each patient.

Sound Medicine

We have all experienced the power of music; it can change us in a moment.  Muse Medicina employs voice, drum, bells, flutes, rattles and percussive noises in healing. These instruments create frequencies, vibrations and movements to immediately shift the presentation of the patient.

LIMPIA/eNERGY cLEARING

A Limpia is an ancestral mestizo and indigenous practice of Curanderismo.  It is a method that uses prayer and organic materials to cleanse the patient of any spiritual, mental, emotional and even physical blocks. Some materials used in a limpia include incense, eggs, and fresh herbs, as well as touch.  Generally, one will request a limpia as a form of renewing the path, when one feels stuck and could use a "reboot."
